The Turing C-V2.0 employs an innovative interruption system triggered by the loss of magnetism. This ensures swift transitions to recovery mode, enhancing the device’s responsiveness and adaptability in critical situations.

Dust and waterproof

Featuring an IP67 rating, the Turing C-V2.0 is dustproof and waterproof, capable of withstanding immersion in up to one meter of water for 30 minutes. Its robust design ensures reliable performance in challenging environments, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Accurate position

The Turing C-V2.0 leverages a powerful combination of location-based services (LBS) utilizing both cellular and WiFi networks, seamlessly integrated with global positioning system (GPS) technology. Security measures

Robust security protocols are incorporated into the Turing C-V2.0 and its firmware, safeguarding your telematics data. Data transmission uses 128-bit ECDH encryption, and memory-safe programming practices are employed to protect against potential threats. 

Optional Buzzer

The Turing C-V2.0 offers the flexibility of an optional 85dB buzzer, allowing users to tailor the alert system based on their specific needs and preferences.

Optional Recovery modus

The Turing C-V2.0 offers an optional Recovery Mode, ensuring heightened resilience by sending multiple messages when activated. This feature enhances the device’s recovery process, providing robust communication during critical scenarios for effective problem resolution.


The DIS Turing C-V2.0 is designed to operate primarily in a deep sleep mode to conserve battery life. It wakes up from this sleep state for several reasons, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting:

The Turing C-V2.0 reports at regular intervals known as the “heartbeat interval.” This interval is configurable, allowing you to set how often the device sends status updates to the server. It ensures you receive periodic updates on the device’s status.

If the tamper sensor is active, the device wakes up to report this event. Tampering could involve unauthorized access or removal of the device from its mounted position. Reporting tamper events helps in enhancing the security of your assets.

The Turing C-V2.0 also wakes up when it detects movement. The definition of movement is highly configurable and can be adjusted based on parameters such as G-force, the number of movement samples, and movement time. This flexibility allows you to tailor the device’s behavior to specific tracking scenarios.

Conversely, the device reports when it stops moving. Similar to movement detection, the definition of a stop movement event is configurable, typically based on a specified period of no movement. This feature is useful for tracking assets that should remain stationary and alerting you if they are moved.
